For Malaysia-based Mr Liang Ya Lao, it all started with an idea. An idea to combine his passion for food and cooking skills, with creating a restaurant that paid homage to Hakka cuisine. This passion for food and his business success propelled him and his children into the food and dining industry, where they created a restaurant brand: a fusion of authentic Malay cuisine. They wanted to craft a delicious sensory experience true to their family motto, and their roots, bringing their love for the Malay Street food to the plate in front of you!
